Friday, August 29th 2:00-5:00
Saturday, August 30th 1:00-4:00

We will be sampling off 2 Zinfandel-based red wines and a heavier style rose to enjoy on the last big BBQ weekend of the year!

1. Shebang! Red: A California red blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvedre-- juicy, jammy, spicy!

2. Roucas Toumbas Pichot Roucas: A French red "Cotes du Rhone" blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault-- juicy, bright, easy sipper!

**Tasting these wines with our Dom's Marinated HAWAIIAN COWBOY CHICKEN (LIMITED RELEASE- THESE DAYS ONLY!!!)

3. Vino E Primitivo: An Italian 100% Zinfandel-- more acidic, juicy fruit

**Tasting this wine with an Italian imported Spicy Genoa salami-- this Italian Zinfandel is less alcoholic, allowing it to stand up to spicier foods!

4. Aragosta Rosé: An Italian blend of Sangiovese & Cannaiolo (the main grapes for the production of Chianti)-- darker pink color, bright, refreshing, fuller in body than other rosés

**Tasting this wine with some delicious, fresh Mozzarella di Bufala simply dressed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, pepper, and hots. We now carry The Mozzarella House cheeses! Come try them out! This wine will also go fantastically with our chicken at the tasting for those of you looking for a slightly lighter, colder wine style.

Hope to see you all there on either day! (All wines will be at BOTH event days!)
